Shipping & Delivery

How ordering works

Our online store is being developed. For now, add products to your enquiry list or contact us. We'll confirm availability, the total price and any delivery cost before you pay.

Pick-up

You can collect your order from our store at Shop 6 - 421 The Entrance Road, Long Jetty NSW 2261 at no extra charge during opening hours (Mon–Wed 8.30am–5pm, Thu until 6pm, Fri until 4pm, Sat by appointment). We'll let you know when your order is ready.

Delivery

• We deliver within Australia by courier or Australia Post.
• Delivery costs depend on the size, weight and destination of your order. We'll tell you the delivery cost, including GST, in writing before you pay. Delivery is optional; pick-up is free.
• We'll give you an estimated delivery time when we confirm your order. Times depend on stock availability and the carrier.
• We'll send you tracking details where the carrier provides them.

Damaged, faulty or missing items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if anything is damaged, faulty or missing. Your consumer guarantee rights apply; see Returns & Refunds.
